Sarah Escobar leads LatinX Casa, our multi-cultural initiative created to increase home ownership among traditionally underserved demographics. Sarah personally knows the unique and complex challenges many of the latinx community face. Sarah was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia and learned English as a second language. Having immigrated to Texas when she was 12 years old, she worked hard to assimilate and start chasing the American dream. She was the first in her family to graduate college and purchase her first home all on her own, while working at T-Mobile as a rep.

Like many immigrants, Sarah’s goal was to take care of her family and start building generational wealth. In 2016 she joined the lending industry where she began helping homeowners with their buy, refinance and purchase homes. Being a self-made Latina, she understands the challenges that most
Latino’s experience through the home loan process. This is why she has dedicated herself to educate her clients and real estate agents on all lending possibilities.

She started her mortgage career with one of the largest lenders in the nation where she quickly won awards as a top banker, and was recognized as a part of the Chairman’s Elite Club. She credits her success on her transparent and dedicated approach to working with homeowners as a partner to solve to help solve their problems and find them the highest financial benefit.
